Posy is operated by Thompson AI LLC. By using Posy, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Posy

Posy is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use Posy. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the phone number you provide is your own.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of any plans, times, or locations you post.
• Be respectful of other users. Posy is meant to make coordinating with friends easier and lower-pressure — harassment, impersonation, or using the app to plan illegal activity is not permitted.
• You're responsible for anything shared under your account. If your account is compromised, let us know at jordan@thompson.ai.
• Only add information about other people (including household or family members) if it's yours to share.

No guarantee of availability

Posy is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be available at all times, free of bugs, or maintained indefinitely. We're not responsible for missed plans, miscommunications, or any social or personal consequences arising from use of the app.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms, including abusive behavior toward other users.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thompson AI LLC and its members are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed events, disclosed information, or disputes between users.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Posy grows. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
